Excellent service, price and client-friendly personnel at all levels. Communication/s with administrative staff via text, email or telephone is client centered and timely replies ideal. Love MMV client-staff scheduling chart which covers six or more months. Cancellation policy is client-friendly and reasonable. We particularly like how MMV administrators will go out of their way to acknowledge our desire that the same residential cleaner is assigned, if at all possible. Although we hardly see her or are out-of-town, the attention she (Briana) gives to securing and cleaning our home with perfection feels like the level of trust one would give a family member. This is a plus because we're very particular.

Molly Maid did a spectacular job of cleaning. They wiped the windows, lifted up the stove top, swept behind the fridge and scrubbed the washroom perfectly. Shower glass never looked as sparkling as it does now. The girls did a great job dusting the blinds.

Highly recommend for a deep cleaning, initially cleaning and any kind of dusting.

Lucy & Joanna have been cleaning my property bimonthly for approx. a year. They are punctual, friendly, accommodating & trustworthy. I just had my initial clean with Jayden from Merry Maids today. What great service! The place is immaculate and he took care to ask if there were any spots in particular I was concerned about and when I came up after he was done he talked me through everything he had done. Colleen and admin staff have been a delight to deal with also, a really well operated, ethical business that I'm happy to support. Looking forward to the ongoing service!

I cant go without mentioning the cutest little touch - my cat's mice were lined up in a row on her cat tree.. so cute! 7/5 stars, no notes.

The Merry Maid's team is always trying to give excellent customer service and great quality cleaning. The team is amazing, well trained, and ready to help out customers with any needs they may have. Big shout out to the office team, as they are very thoughtful, and attentive to the customers needs by putting together all the schedules to make sure that all the customers get the cleans when they need them. Another shout out to Cheryl, our laundry ninja, who keeps the Maids going and makes sure that everybody has their equipment just right. Merry maids also provide wonderful benefits for their workers, as well as a living wage, which it's much appreciated nowadays. 👏

Merry Maids go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!

Melissa takes great care of us. We're starting to plan for retirement but both my husband and I agree we cannot possibly give up Merry Maids regardless of reduced income. I love that I don't have to shop for cleaning supplies and my vacuum has been in storage for years!

UPDATE: years after the above review we are still loyal customers (17years total)! We did give away our upright vacuum and just have a dustbuster now. Both retired and don't want to spoil it arguing about housework! Melissa has moved on but Sophie is just as lovely and knows how to find (and of course clean) all the dust, grease and dirt!
